Roswell Symphony Orchestra: Ravel & Tchaikovsky

Join the Roswell Symphony Orchestra this month for its final performance of the season, featuring music by Ravel and Tchaikovsky, and a special performance by rising pianist Evren Ozel. The 2025-2026 concert season is quickly coming to an end this month with the RSO’s Ravel & Tchaikovsky performance at 7:30 p.m. on April 18 at the Pearson Auditorium. The concert will open with Mozart’s operatic drama, Overture to Don Giovanni, and conclude with Tchaikovsky’s final symphony, Symphony No. 6 in B Minor, Pathétique. Between these two orchestral masterworks, Ozel, an will take to the stage for Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major. The spirited piece includes jazz-inspired melodies and will highlight both Ozel’s technical and artistic talents. Ozel recently won the Bronze Medal at the 2025 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, as well as the special prize for Best Performance of a Mozart Concerto.
